The aim of the game of Red Dog is simply to wager on the chance that the rank of a third card is going to fall between two cards that have just been dealt.
If it does fall in between these two cards then lucky you, you win!
All of the number cards always count as their face value, all the Jacks are 11, the Queens are all 12 and the Kings are 13 finally each and every Ace is valued at 14.
It doesn’t matter what the cards suit is and it is irrelevant to the game of Red Dog.
The game uses just one single standard 52 deck of cards and these cards are fully shuffled between each game.
