Pai Gow Poker
Pai Gow Poker has been played for years and was originally played in ancient China. Quite simply it is a game between you and the dealer
and uses a standard deck of playing cards plus an additional Joker. This deck of cards is fully shuffled once each game finishes.
The dealer will deal himself and you the player 7 cards and the aim of Pai Gow Poker is to divide the cards in your hand into a 5 card hand and a 2 hand card , the former should contain your strongest hand and the latter your 2nd highest hand.
You will win if both your hands beat the dealers hands.
All winning bets are paid out at odds of even money less a 5 % House commission fee.
Some basic Rules of Pai Gow Poker:
The 2nd hand must not have a greater value than the 1st.
You can only use the Joker card to complete a Straight, Flush, Straight Flush or Royal Flush.
The Joker is always equal to the value of an Ace, but only when used in conjunction with other Aces. So therefore use the Joker to make a pair of Aces.
If all of your cards do not contain any valid hands, the card of highest value must remain in the Highest Hand.
